Technical Support

Key responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls

- Accurately diagnose issues

- Log all client calls in the Helpdesk System

- Carry-out fast and efficient 1st level support

- Escalate unresolved issues

- Monitor the company`s network

- Network outage monitoring

- Remote assistance to field technicians

- Perform scheduled updates

- Complete assigned duties

- Maintain relevant systems


- Basic networking knowledge

- Customer service orientation

- Strong analytical skills

- Fluency in Greek and English

- Availability to work shifts

Considered as an advantage:

- Networking knowledge (OSI, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching)

- Knowledge of Linux and MS Windows

- Previous relevant experience

- Programing language ( Python, PHP, BASH )

Field Technicians


- Ability to work at elevated heights

- Valid clean drivers license

- Knowledge of English and Greek

- Availability for a flexible work schedule
